Why was this community told in July that a permit was not required for the front gate work? I called the City of Phoenix Planning the end of Auguest at 602-262-7811 to apply for a permit for work I want done and was told that it is public record that this community has at lest three (3) citations aginst it for the front gate work and one (1) was for not having a permit to do the work.

READ the law. There is nothing in Arizona State law that requires anyone to sign-in at a public meeting. I chose not to sign-in and will continue to chose not to. If this is a problem for you, control you reactions or leave the position your in.
Threatening to call the police because I won't sign-in. You have NO legal grounds. This is harassment on your part against me. I will be seek legal consul on this matter.

This community was told that no permit was needed for the front gate. I found out that there were three (3) citations against the property because I called to get a permit for work I want done. The citations, the results of the second inspection, etc are PUBLIC information. ANYONE that calls the City and ask will be given this information. Because of your reaction about me having this information I will push for the City to make sure that the job is up to City, State and Federal codes.
The City clearly requires the property owner (HOA board) to secure all required permits. The contractor can do so at the property owners (HOA board) request. The problem with the front gate goes further then just no permit. The design and the workmanship are also part of the problem.

Why does CellGate need all time access to my phone microphone? Why does CellGate need all time access to my phone camera? Why does CellGate need access at all to my media files? Acess to my microphone when using the app I can understand. Access to my camera when using the app might be acceptable. There is no need to access my media files. CellGate says this app will not work without these permissions. With the permission demands as is I will not be using this app. This community needs to find a solution to allow access without this invasion of privacy.

Why was this community told at the July community meeting that the front gate was costing between $15,000 and $18,000 then at the August community meeting the cost was $40,000 and going up? This is clearly a reckless expenditure of community funds. Yes, this prodject was going to be expensive, however doubling in price is out of reason.
